As people live longer and more care moves into the home, families are increasingly expected coordinate appointments, medications, services, visits, paperwork, and care. All whilst balancing their own family, home and career. And the situation is getting worse.

A profound demographic shift has taken place: people are living longer, whist families are becoming smaller and geographical dispersed. Public services are under pressure, budgets are becoming increasingly strained and policy is moving responsibility from institutions to private people.

Unfortunately there exists no tools to help them carry the responsibility.
